I use LG for my tuning...I don't think Allen would feel slighted if I don't get a mail order speed density tune or drive 5 hours whenever I need a re-tune.

Again, I'm new to a lot of this...what exactly is a speed density tune? If I remember correctly, doesn't it have something to do with not using the MAF?

Moze..thats not exactly what I meant...This being his site I cant come on here a recommend another tuner and how to get a hold of him ( i have in the past only to get a pm telling me thats against the rules)....That is what I meant about no other tuners mentioned on here.

I gotchya bud...I guess I just meant with not knowing his location, if he's close to a reputable tuner, it's always better to get a live tune and I don't think (?) it would be held against anyone if they were to recommend a tune by someone other than Allen. I guess it kind of gets into gray areas...

It's like with a transmission...I'll plug TH400's all day because mine has held up to almost 600hp. FLT's seem to be good til about 500. It's not a slam on FLT it's just directing people in the most advantageous direction for their specific setup, location, etc.

I also thought a live tune would be better but its just an inconvenience to have to drive an hour and a half and I don't think the guy really takes me seriously. Does nelson dyno tune or track tune?

Allen street tunes and to be clear - even his mail order tunes are better than some others street tunes. So I wasn't saying stick with your tuner. Allen can more than take care of what you need.

Why use the tune from your truck Jason--your truck is SLOW. I am not saying the tune is what made it slow...its just that YOU are slow...
