You can keep your DJM arms up front and weld cups or bolt them on to the DJM arms. I would personally run a 6-link in the rear. There is a ton of information out there and you can spend days reading, but bottom line is that it comes down to what you want out of the truck, your budget, and what you're willing to cut up.

I was thinking I could use my control arms, I will more than likely use bag-over struts anyway up there. I really like the idea of a 6-link that way I can almost eliminate any kind of axle wrap completely. I hate panhards so it is either triangulated four or a six link. weight is not that big of a deal either, I want it to be show and go. I just want to make sure I don't ever have a busted hose so I will definitely use either hydraulic line or maybe stainless steel. whichever will be best for the money. There really isn't a limit on budget except for how much I have at the time as far as money goes, I'm the kind of guy who asks who is best before he starts talking price. I don't care how much I have to cut as long it is done right and holds up.

3 link. no need for the hydraulic or stainless steel lines... busted lines are from careless air line routing

3-link? is that two trac bars and a panhard?? You guys might be who does the rear so I will let you know before hand that I am an obnoxiously picky, anal-retentive A-HOLE!!! I am the best at electrical so i expect the best out of anyone else who touches my vehicles. It is really eating me up to have someone else do the rear setup. I usually do all of my own work but I am a somewhat inexperienced welder and don't want anything wrong with my truck when it is done. i just like the warm, fuzzy feeling I will have inside from running the strongest stuff I can find. Slam Specialties is what I want as far as bags right?

You just described Jon(DBRODS). Shoot him a pm and trust me, don't worry about the quality of work if you choose to go with his product.

That is what I have been told previously, and I'm one step ahead of ya. Now I'm just waiting on him to get back with me. I figured by the screen-name you guys might be part of the same shop.... I know a couple of guys here locally that have done tons of trucks with no issues, I'm just way too impatient to be without a truck for 6 months while they build the rear up. I would like to be able to have it done in a day or two. I'm not looking for anything real intricate, just strong and pretty. It will all be covered up when I'm finished anyway.
