    It needs tuned if the stall is changed but since it's a 2500 it will probably only affect the driveability and not durability.

    as long as it don go into 2nd gear take off you will be ok it shouldin with that low of a stall

    if all you're changing is the stall, I wouldn't worry about the tune unless it feels odd afterwards.
