    shouldn't really matter. most of the time they are around the same price, both put out about the same sound. the only difference should be power handling. If you are running them parallel in the door then the amp is going to be pushing more power so the rear may need to be turned up a bit if you are even going to do anything in the rear. In my suburban I had 2 sets of components in all four doors, that thing was crazy loud.

    i thining of just going 6.5 all around 2 sets up front and 1 set in the back

    That's what I want to do. Trust me, a lot of sound will come from the back after you get rid of the 4x6's. I still have the factory 4x6s in my current truck on my same Rockford amp and I can barely hear them, I have csII on the deck and the settings haven't been changed on my amp. In my old truck it was a night and day difference.
