100% agreement dale, I paid him 5 months ago and he won't give me the time of day to answer my questions. Should I call allen and see if he'd be willing to do that? I have no use for this one after I get his tune, so I'd like to send it in for the core refund.

TISweb can not flash over a locked PCM.

    Hello again!
If your tuner does not want to unlock it, we can sell you the PCM, for an additional 55.00 on top of the tune(300.00).

    Thanks

That's a different answer than I get from my tuner but it probably matters more what software was used for the tune. I would try on mine but then I'd have to get retuned again.

$55 core is CHEAP. Do it!

I flash cores all day everyday with the latest Calibrations and updates from TIS2web, and theres no way I can flash over a Locked PCM.

Ive purposely locked a PCM and tried flashing over it, it doesnt work.

Maybe, its the software, who knows???!!

Can't go to the dealership and have it written over? I hear all the time of guys complaining about a NP tune getting stomped over by GM techs.
