There is no difference because it's a 65. Pretty much all the 99+ 60/65/70 have the same deep pan in the half ton full size trucks. Yes, my Blazer has the flat one that holds ONE quart less than the stepped pan my Denali has. The only other difference is the 99-02 has a drain plug.
