    ?radiator support tear down

OK so i wrecked the old girl awile back . Ive decided over the last couple weeks to hit it hard and get er done.so far i tore down the front end ,hood, fenders, valance, grille, bumper etc.I painted it all inside and out this weekend ,everything laid down perfect ,base and 5 coats of clear,so im havin a happy day or two.So i decided to slam her together, alll looks beautiful, another happy day. When i had it apart i porta powered the radiator support to what i thought was perfect, got down to the last couple things ,still happy ,installed headlight and signal,SOB not so happy. My headlight and signal are in about an inch at the radiator side of the lights.Ruined my happy days.lol.So moral of the story is I have too tear it back down and im wondering if theyres any tricks of the trade i need to know about ?I didnt want to do this because i know theyres a bunch of **** in theyre ,not counting both my intercoolers, with fans on em and tons of wiring.so is theyre a process i should use in order ,like do i have to unhook all the coolan lines an loose all my coolant?is theyre a way to do it w/o doing this ?idk ,im just looking for some tips and helping hints,on the process.thanks guy ,just needed to ramble alittle ,i was so proud of my accomplishment ,now i have to tear it back down.

I think they turned it off when 1/4 of the posts were **** and no longer made sense any more. It started to seem like some were having a contest to type the most banned words in one sentence.
