    or just get it from nelson the vette servo shouldnt be more than 20$ any more than that is to much and you can do the install yourself it not hard honestly, also you might wanna look into getting some billet accumulator pistons for the trans.

    The shift kit with plate is 127.00
    the servo is 25.00
    and accumulator piston is 5.00

    Welcome to the site... Marine here too, been in for almost 12 years, KC-130's out of NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas.

    Like they said, less heat=longer life. I've found that a good tune like Nelson's will also help in that too. He can firm up the shifts so there's no slip between gears. From the factory they tune in a certain amount of slip between the gears to make the shifts feel softer, but all that slip build heat.

    No S*#t. I'm recruiting out of RS Ft Worth.

    Yea I ordered my tune yesterday. It's should be here in a few days. Was just wondering about the servo and shift kit. I'll just have to have it retuned if I get the servo/shift kit for my truck. Thanks for the reply.
