I never had this problem before and I've been running it this way for over 2 years.

Mine sprays out sometimes under full boost around the cap and valve cover, like the oil cap doesnt seal all the way
Both! It didn't matter if it was 10 in vacuum or 2 psi.

Even if there's no smoke and we didn't get into boost before the oil leak?? It's not missing or even hinting that a piston could be gone. Could it still be an issue?

I would think that under normal conditions it could hold together, but boost could push past it.

IDK, I am just guessing too. Do you have any vents that are clogged or otherwise inoperable?

Not that I know of but I'm still checking everything. It's driving me crazy!

I am with Jake on this one... Is it a solid line from the valve cover (I am guessing) to the turbo? If so, that would explain the higher psi--which would cause the oil to leak or spray out of the filler neck, or any other loosely clamped fitting.

I would do the easy/cheap things first. Cut the rubber hose from the valve cover and put an inline vent w/filter...do a test run; Compression test...do a test run; etc.
