You can use an 07 pump with an car intake. The clearance issue with the pump outlet neck on the older truck pumps is not an issue with the 07 pumps. You can relocate the idler below the alternator to a different location to get the belt to clear the throttle body too.

I have the newer drive by wire 90mm TB, the one with the big hump next to the connector and the intake sets low enough so there is going to be contact.....that's why I need to use a water pump with the water neck that goes straight out to the front.....
