those engines havent been popping because of boost, they have been popping due to the tunes, high compression + boost calls for low timing, lots of GOOD fuel with any amount of boost.

I agree 100% but most are not happy with the power of them at 6-8psi and they don't want to run race fuel, this was with the old hh112 and hh122.... and oh the heat soak
. Me personally, With a maggie, I would rather have 12psi at 10 to 1, and more timing on 93 octane with a stock bottom end LS2. Keep the quench at or above 80... and no worries. This vette will need to worry about traction now!
