i understand bro, we were worried about striking, thank god the contract was signed and our signing bonuses were delivered, didnt get much of a pay raise but who cares concidering whats going on now as far as the economy !!, yeah i know i missed a GREAT get togethernext time foresure, but being on probation kinda had to volenteer for overtime, plus i shattered the flywheel and didnt get it in time well i did but i wasnt expecting to, so i took the overtime, if youre serious about working here, i can let ya know when they start hiring again for ops. we have a freeze on it right now do to the economic down fall. but it'll start back up soon!!! also for master mechanics

how strict are yall on have the process tech degree? i dont have it, i've been there since right after high school, i got hired cause it was a family owned business back then... but i do have 11yrs experience and know operations pretty well... i know most plants ask for process tech degree or mininum 5years experience...

First time I ran a 17.2 lol I spun out like crazy and had traction issues.
The second was a 15.4
The third was a 15.23 and the fourth was a 15.21. Damn I wanted to be in the 14s.... All my reaction times were weak sauce too and its something I need to work on
I didnt get to do the 4hi launches cause the shifter is still modifed for the body lift and I havent had time to get it back to normal
