    has more to do with valve events then just lift. Lift is a bi-product
    2002 Lightning - GT headed 5.5Litre w/ Twin 7665s
    2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s

    I will attest--that cam does work nice with a 4.8L with a 3000 stall.

    ok. What I meant was if you have 2 cams.
    1= 226/336 .625/.625 110lsa
    2= 226/236 .525/.525 110lsa
    The second cam is going to be easier on the valvetrain.
    Anyways, figure out what sound you want, and what goals you have. IMO the ASA cam was a nice cam. cost effective horsepower. And could run just as long as a stock setup. If you going to DD it, I would suggest a lazy lobe, and lower lift. If its a track truck, and your not going to put 12kplus miles on it, go more aggresive.

    well that also goes back to what lobes its on. you can have 2 cams with similar specs but totally different lobes.

    you can also have mixed lobes. the more aggressive the lobe the less life of springs.
