It's doable as long as you take your time and follow everything to a T.
Get a TransGo HD-2 shift kit, vett servo, metal accu. piston and you're good to go.
Don't install any shims or spacers to firm up the shifts, it'll shift firm enough.
If not, you can tweek it with the tune.
Every bolt has to got back in the exact spot it came from, torque'd correctly, everything must be cleaned, no shortcuts, and triple check your work.
Once you get it installed and it doesn't work, it's a PITA!!!! to get it going again.
Be sure to check the oil over and over again, it'll take more than you think, and check it while the trans is hot/warm.
If your trans pan doesn't have a drain on it, have fun making a big a$$ mess LOL, jk.
