Thats why I move to the DFW area from OKC 20 years ago. I had offers for good paying jobs in Denver but its cold too much up there for this guy.

Indeed! Here in AZ it rarely gets below 35 down in the valley...now on the mountains...yes we have mountains in AZ...it gets pretty chilly. But thats why I live in the valley.
