I just dont like the sound of tapping into oil pan.
I was scared to death of doing that. It was really easy.

I have a Trik Turbo kit and like it but there are a lot of people that have KB kits.

If you dont want to drill out the pan, look for something like this: Oil Adapter for Turbo

    2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 4.3L V6
Magnaflow Muffler, CFM Technologies CNC Machined High Flow Vortec Throttle Blades, STS Rear Turbo, Intercooler, Accell Distributor and Coil, 8mm wire, Autolite Platinum plugs, Runs out of fuel at 4000RPM. Marine intake with larger injectors soon. Hoping to squeeze 10psi.

that is a feed. you have to have that anyway but there is a better place to get it. the hole in the pan is for the oil drain from the turbo.

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......

Yeah I would say do it. Your gonna be much happier in the end. Your looking at:

    42lb injectors
    better fuel pump
    intercooler
    turbo kit
    better transmission
    meth kit
gauges (if you dont have any)

Id look for a used turbo kit, or do that swap just to save yourself some money

i honestly wouldnt waste my time again using 42s on a turbo setup. i got real bored of 9psi and thats about where 42s are limited. I was using Svo 42s and they are 48s unlike marine ones being actual 42s. at 13psi i was at 145 duty cycle on them. granted i spin much higher rpms

if you go turbo step up to 60s, its going to be same price so spend money once
