MPH is your power you're making.

My WRX ran 9.6 in the 1/8th... yeah sounds slow, trapped 76mph! That's due to the 2.3 60' time of the stock 1600rpm stall. It's brake stall to about 2400rpm. I had a '88 TownCar I built many moons back that ran around 81mph in the 1/8th mi at 8.8 sec... 2.2 60' time.

As you can see, neither could get from a dig. One couldn't stall high enough, the other spun. If I could drop both to 1.9 60s, that'd be ~.5 off the ETs of them from my understanding as each 0.1 off the 60' is around 0.2 off the ET

03Sierra-sts - Stall will help you from the launch, provided you have no traction problems. Since you're AWD, those should be pretty limited. I'd just leave off the flash stall so you don't build boost and cause the front end to hop around.
