When someone wants a retune, we always send out a retune first, then we'll get their PCM back, obviously locked, then when the next customer wants a tune, we use the next pcm on the shelf, since it's locked, we have to use a stock compatible file to unlock it, any OS that it the same allows us to unlock it, car or truck. Then we can use the Ease or Tech II stuff to flash them, if we don't unlock it and try to flash it, the system will allow you to go through the entire Wizard crap, then fail, "no communication"
