    No, your truck has the same trans, but a little different, something about an extra speed sensor and tcc is different, maybe an expert can chime in and elaborate on it.

    Now, are you sure you can put a 2wd transmission in a 4wd truck? Isn't the output shaft shorter? I have never compared the two but I would bet it has to be torn down all the way and have the output shaft replaced with a 4wd model.

    70e has a speed sensor on the input shaft, 65/60 don't.

    Hmm good question. Virgil said on his tranny, all I would need to do is swap the tail housing or something. Hopefully it works, I need this tranny badly

    AWD requires the output shaft be changed and the adapter put in place of the tail housing.

    Correct. The pump has an input speed sensor on a 70 (and most 65's) as well as other small differences.
