yeah, it will be programmable if it is the correct PCM for your vehicle. Be sure to compare the last three digits of yours to the one you're considering buying. Normal procedure is you order one, he has a PCM in stock and puts your base tune in it and then makes the updates, boxes it up and sends it to you, you swap his for your's, you drive it a few days to be sure all is well and you're happy, you box your original PCM and send it back to him for core credit. He will sell you a PCM if that is what you wish. Might be good if you have warranty work done to swap back to the factory PCM so they don't reflash your tuned PCM while its there for work.
