Stupid ?, but are your fans turning on while its overheating, I mean do you her them and can you visually verify ??? Also have the radiator cap pressure tested or buy a new cap. You have the DCC controler right ??? Is it turning the fans on at 100% or do they stay at low speed ??? Sorry I can't help more...Zed
