Thanks for all the advice. I ended up pulling the tranny and exhaust and it did make it easier. I had to pull the cross member under the oil pan off also. The pan would get caught on it and not let the motor move forward.

HarleyDave, thanks the mini bike chopper is something I bought a long time ago when I had more money than sense. LOL It is fun to ride and hauls butt even with me on it.

Lsx10, The wagon is my daily driver it's a 1980 Chevy Malibu and not finished yet. I wanted something new but old to drive and just couldn't resist it. It's got a Ford 9" 4:10s been mini tubed with 18x10s on the back 18x8 up front. Four wheel discs and a close ratio rack up front. The power is what you might like. I ordered a 2007 LS2 crate motor from Chevy a couple years ago. Then before I in stalled it I put L92 heads a comp 595/598 cam on it. I did go with a 850 crab because it's what I know how to tune. It runs really great and now that our local track has reopened I need to get out and find out just how good. LOL





06 4.8, Hey Chad Robby told me you where disappointed with the 2/10s your truck picked up (you thought more). Don't be, I know it takes a lot more to go quicker than some think. Two tenths is good in my book with the horsepower to dollar spent. I'll post pics with an edit.
