I get what youre talking about moregrip. How can you have a 3.25" if you go in .10" increments starting at 2.7"? I thought you were refering to what size the pulley in the pic was
    that's affirmative

    Sorry for the confusion,

    The sizes are available in:

    2.7
    2.8
    2.9
    3.0
    3.1
    3.25

The SS Silverado tunes that come with the Radix are fairly conservative, so a 3.25 and a 3.1" are usually ok to install without a tune. However, a tune will compliment it. I've installed a few 3.0" pulleys with no tuning and the truck produced ZERO KR, but I think it's pushing it with no tuning. That was on good 93oct here in San Antonio.

The pulleys are $99 and they are in stock and ready to ship. A tenth lower from your current size is going to give you about 10hp. .40 tenths may not give you 40hp though .

    thanks,

    allen

Is it an illusion or is the slot broached out of square from the centerline?

must be the shadows and flash causing an illusion, they fit perfectly.

That's pretty cool that they milled your company name on the pulley. Shweet.
