yall forgot the all important eraser wheel. They can be purchased at you local paint and body supply. Use your cordless drill and dont let it set too long in one place.

on vinyl its a waste to use the eraser wheel when you can use some adhesive remover that will melt the little bit of glue that will be left by the vinyl...spray on let it soak for a minute or 2 then wipe it off...use the eraser wheel for that styrofoam tape crap

spray a little lighter fluid on the viynl, light it of with your zippo and let the letters soften up a bit.

then what you want to do is get a putty knife and start scraping it off, be sure to hit it from all angles . You might need a small hammer or mallet to assist with this step.

Next, as mentioned before is the angle gringer. Now I prefer the 7" over the 4.5 or 5 grinder but it's up to you. Start with a hard grinding disk to get the any of the "heavy" product that is left , then go ahead and switch to the cup brush to finish it off. Now you'll want to be gentle while preforming this step, there is a 1% chance that you might scratch the paint. But dont worry it buff right out.

Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packing here allright............

Came right off with a little paint cleaner and a hairdrier. The grinder might would have worked too.
