TOG or ASM headers???? Okay, lets hear which you think are the best and why, the best place to buy them, and which are the easiest to install.

Neither. I would go with Dynatech SuperMaxx headers , much better set of headers than either of those. But if I had to pick, I would go with the TOGs, the ASMs have poor coating on them. Hitman can testify to that.

I forgot to mention I have that California problem.....SMOG! I would love to get the suppermaxx, but they say they can't be used in California. I see the TOG have the CARB number for Cali, are ASM Cali approved???

I dunno... the ones I had had the "HTS coating" looked like ass. Pitted badly.

I can use a can of VHT or Rustoleum and make a set of headers look better (and did, anyone wanna see... in the DFW area come look at the shorty headers on my Z).

    TOG are CARB legal too...

Just got e-mail from AS&M. there headers are not CARB legal. Looks like TOG then. What about Thorley Tri-Y, are they as good?? They are CARB legal also.

Thorley's have slightly smaller primary tubes which in theory, should move the TQ peak lower. Aside from that, they seem very nice.
