I built my truck after seeing this article. The best mod is the hotchkis sway bars. They are great. Best 500 spent on the suspension by far. My truck handles so good it isnt even funny. Another must mod is brakes.Originally Posted by gmc6

I would start with an airride suspension kit so you can tweak it quickly at and on the track to get it to handle best. Get some good sway bars and adjustable shocks. Pony up for some super sticky tires such as the Nitto 555Rs.
