What's the point? Cool lookin' it is but the short plug wires are a + of the LS engines.

Does that happen? I always run out of money first.

Actually, not sure Greg. I ran out of money on mine a long time ago but there are a lot of things I could do to make it "look better"....but $200 to put long ass plug wires on it is not one of them...

Yes, it looks cool on something show quality like Quik's but would be out of place on most. Just my $0.02.

I dont think Quik paid 200 bucks for his... Most likely just some scrap pieces of metal or aluminum and nuts and bolts. So yeah an inexpensive mod, that makes it look better, most likely won't notice a difference in spark travel as far as performance.

Werd. I dont plan on spending $200 on a ''kit'' I might buy some longer wires, but Ill make the brackets myself. I just wonder if the harness will reach. Then I can get some nice valve covers, and show them off, the coils are ugly IMO. Unless you have the MSD ones.

I would like to do this as well as do all the wiring to hide it better. Mine is cluttered pretty nicely

I like them the way they are. I think it's one of the major upgrades that make the LS engines better than previous designs. I've had so much trouble with long plug wires getting burnt, etc. on old school stuff I'll leave mine the as is.

The harnesses should reach if you cut the tape off. I'm considering rewiring or rerouting my Denali engine compartment completely to make it look cleaner but I'll leave the coil near plug ignition. Hahahaha I'm off until the 29th so we'll see...
