That would have been good to know when we were rebuilding it.Maybe we should have replaced the harness and TCC solenoid while we had it apart. Its easy enough to do in the truck, though.

I posted up somewhere about the codes prior to the build. That's why I asked you when you were putting the valve body back together which was the TCC solenoid.
It could be the harness and/or solenoid, but wouldn't it be more likely it's the converter?
OR...when Louis was tuning it, maybe the clutch packs were already suffering and the tune that's in it now is "off" or not where it should be for a properly functioning transmission?
