Motor mounts can be purchased from Street and Performance for about $80 and they look fabulous. You can make them but you'll spend about $10 in material if you make them out of 1/4" steel plate and a few dollars in tools to cut, drill and grind them to size. $80 is a bargain in my books. If you use the fbody accessories it is a straight drop-in. The transmission mount can be slid around to where ever you need it. You can drill new holes in the frame if needed. Mine bolted into existing holes. You'll need to have the driveshaft modified most likely. Street and Performance also makes an A/C kit for a Sanden compressor and it is mounted high on the passenger side. It does away with the tensioner pulley and uses one long belt around all accessories. I am holding off on the A/C myself. Their website is www.hotrodlane.cc There a no real problems fitting the engine in the engine compartment except the motor mounts. Go S&P and that issue is solved.
