    when I had an air leak on my intake... it never popped a code... A/F ratio just ran a little lean. Like 13.5

    Then it could be something with the MAF ...Damn I hope this turns out to be something minor...

    we didnt even touch the MAF besides to take the intake tube off. Tommorow lets check your intake and make sure its tightened well.

    You said you had code P0171. Normally if your MAF is bad you will also get code P0174 which is the same thing but for the other bank. Check your bank one cylinder one sensor and see if it looks alright. If you really want to clean your MAf though, Autozone sells some cleaner specifically for it for $6.99. It will be in the front left corner of the store near the carb cleaner.

    Im gonna fiddle with everything today and see what I can do...

    Im gonna try drive to Nelson Performance on my way to Austin Tues. or Weds. to see the fam for thanksgiving to see if these codes can go away.
