Plus you can put 104 unleaded race fuel in the tank.

if i recall flacos, does go through the floor board and is welded (attached to the frame) i seen it when he took all interior out and was mauking it up for fabbing, could be wrong but i doubt flaco would use something thats not legal since hes seriuos about his racing!!

brian, you did have a 11:70 run you showed me the slip!! awesome times man, just needed a little more traction

Maybe try getting a NANO system... It hold the pressure at a constant PSI. The longer you spray... the more pressure you loose. It will gradually get richer cause of lack of N2o pressure. NANO fixes this by keeping the pressure at 1050... or whatever you preset it to be. PLus you wont need a warmer

I talked to Flaco last night and he said he is putting his truck under the knife again for a full halo cage. So I am sure he is aware that what he has will not cut muster in a full NHRA tech. ****.. most of us wont pass tech. I dont have a DS loop and I run 11.7. and I run 7.45 in the 1/8th with nothing more than a helmet. I know it is risky, and I am going to make improvements.

    Heh,
That is not the problem. It is the lack of required safty equip. That keeps me running fat shots. I like to run 1/8th. I have been warned more than once that if I run 7.35 I am done. I ran 7.40 last night with nothing more than a helmet. **** it scares me. I doubt I will be running until I get my truck NHRA legal.

    Quick,
You and I agree on alot of things.. This is just not one of them. Flaco is known at our home track, so I doubt they would let him run without being legal. This is a pic of his engine that went 10.9 on motor. It is built for the gas and he is shooting for 9.30's

also he needs a transblanket or scatter shield to be legal

not mention when going faster then 9.99 you need a comp. license. this is where they make you and your vehicle do several incomplete and complete passes to obtain and see if vehicle meets its requirements. Ppl have run faster then 9.99 with no license but are doing it illegally and wont be allowed to perticipate in any on going NHRA/IHRA events where points are given out
I know from my time with Flaco last night he has all the above. The only question is the down bars from his roll bar to the bed.

As for me, I will not be running anymore until I get my truck more inline with the rules.

Its funny that guys that will break laws racing on the street would worry about NHRA/IHRA rules.
