Yea I got alot of room, I still have to replace that oil pre. sensor but not carries a socket that deep. You know the MAC mid lenght headers, I think they will fit with minor notching to the A-arm. I'll try it tomorrow, but heres a pic of earlier. The motor looks so small in there. Now everything is back on the Intake, wiring, hell even the steering column of the TA (Vats porpuses and I wanted tilt).

I got the motor, tranny and most of the wiring harness in the truck over the weekend. For the motor mounts heres what I did. I took the S&P adapter plates and flipped them the other way around. Put the V6 mounts on them and dropped them right on original the original V6 motor brackets. I got about 3-4 inches between the firewall and the engine. Since everything shifted forward the driveshart slid right into place. I should have everything done by the end of the weekend. I will post a whole lot of pics over the week. Thanks for all the help specially Greg.
You're moving right along with the project, congrats!!

    Have you considered the driveshaft?

keep the updates coming, it's nice to see another swap coming together,

Its not school bus yellow, is highway truck yellow get it right, lol. Yea the driveshaft fits just fine. Yesterday I installed the a vortech fuel pump to replace the TBI one and was a direct drop in, I kid you not. Today I got off of work at 8 and tomorrow I probably wont be off til 9 or so. I have to get up at 5:45AM just like today, its one of the wonderful things about being in the military. I probably wont touch the truck til Thursday or so. I'll just have to settle with shooting a M16 all day and night tomorrow. Oh yea that A-arm wont even let me drop the stock manifolds in so Im pissed about that !

Do you have truck exhaust manifolds? They fit great in my 92.

LEt me know if the macs work out for you...take lots of pics. Im afraid of dropping all that cash into them just to find they wont fit.
    thanks and good luck!

I got the manifolds off the TA and they just barely miss the A-arm. I have to have the truck running by next friday so Im just going to modify the headers and roll around with wide open headers for a while. After new years Im going to look into fitting the mac midlengths. Cuz my TA had LT's but I traded them for the ML's after the wreck. I gotta figure out this damn wiring thought Its killing me!

Ok is like this, I wanted to check my progress so I decided to try to crank the motor to see if it cranks. The fuel pump is not wired yet and the fuel lines aint hooked yet. So with my luck it didnt even crank. I started troubleshooting and found out my starter relay aint energizing. Im getting power to pin 87 wich sends the power to the PPL wire on pin 30 if the relay energized. The two wires that energize it are dead. If Im using the steering wheel from the car and pretty much all the wiring harness from the car shouldnt it energize the relay? Where do this 2 wires come from N E ways, I think is the PCM but im not sure. Well hit me back guys. Right now Im thinkin my best option is to have the computer reprogramed.
