but it's gonna merely be research until i get my check from uncle sam this February.

Always a good way to go. You gonna do single or twin? I like twins....
Beating a vette shouldnt be TOO hard. Boost will help out nicely with that for sure.

I'd LOVE to have twins, but then the build ends up costing twice as much. somebody recently sold a twin kit off of his truck for like 4 grand, wish i'd had the money for it, i'd have been all over it. but at the same time, i'd need a motor able to support all of that as well. Maybe down the road, but in the meantime, i'd like a big single, 76mm or 80mm.

Welcome. I tried to help get Moze into the 12s...but we had a tough time trying to fab that turbo kit in there... Anyway--I think you should go with a 76mm! But that 80mm Moze has is pretty damn sweet...

Yea i just read all 24 pages of the install, what a PITA. The finished product is awesome though! I'd never attempted to install the kit, kept going to asia for work for extended periods of time and just couldn't get around to it. Once I get back from India i'm gonna try and find a job that will keep me more local (which is hard to do in Michigan right now) and get back to building this beast.

Im from the metro detroit area too. i read over on pt.net and here and see you posting on pt.net all the time. wish i could do the mods you want to do.... nothing as crazy as a turbo like you though.
