What all is done to the '86? Is it a 1/2 ton? Heavy Half? New axles? I see that you have had to trim the fender wells to get maximum axle articulation...nice truck!
thanks, yea it got the fender but not the hood. I was kinda hoping that it had got the hood so I could so could have a better one put on if ya know what I mean . Ive been thinking about taking the amber inserts out of the headlights but haven't got around to it.

Well the 86 is a 1/2 ton with 3/4ton axles and it has a 88-91 blazer grill installed.
The front suspension is BDS 6in springs with longer shackles and the rear has a shackle flip which gives it 4in's, stock springs out of a 74 c10 which are 56in long(stock are 52in's, better flex with 56's) and the 56's have 2 leafs removed and the overload turned over, longer shackles, and a zero rate. With the rear springs set up that way the 38's will rub the inside of the fenderwell when flexed. The front axle is a 8lug 10bolt and has crossover steering and 4.10 gears, the rear axle is a full float dana60 out 69 chevy c20 and it has a factory powerloc for a traction ad, disc brakes, and 4.10 gears. The motor, trans, and t-case are all bone stock for now

Its a super easy mod. You know how to do it?

Wow man...well done! Yeah, noticed the K5 grille. Is the driveline a 350/NP205/700R4 combo?

305/700r4/208 but hoping to put a 5.3 or 6.0 between the fenders
