    F.S. 6.0 block rebuild. 317 Heads

    Up for sale I have a fresh rebuilt 99-01 6.0L Short Block. It has a new oil Pump

    Also 317 fully assembled heads

    Will throw in an LQ9 cam if all bought together.

    $900

    Will Part out and will have pics up later today or in the morning.

    is this a lq4? and what trans will be needed to match it? Im assumeing a 4l80e?

    The 6.0 block will mate up to any trans....4l60,4l80,4l65......rite?
    Vortec Performance Tuned

    Nope, its 99-01 with the long snout for a old style 80e with the flat flex plate, not the dished LS1 style plate. It can bolt right to a 350, 400, 700r4, older(pre-99) 4L60e or powerglide. Some late model vans have 60e's that are compatible, only if they're not the 300mm units.

    Hmmm. I like the the idea of an iron block 4" bore with a th400! Direct bolt up you say Greg? Did you clean this up really well Daniel? It looks good! I'll call dibs if still for sale and with more info.

    Edit: I see it's rebuilt so scratch the clean up question.

    yep, direct bolt in. Gotta get a early model flat flexplate and long bolts but other than that its cake. I ran that style setup with a 97 model 80e.
