    it is, but it makes power na untill he gets a turbo, or supercharges it.

    You can do it faster once you've done one before but I'd allocate at least 8 hours for your first time.

    Its pretty simple. It takes 7 hrs of the 8 just to take everything off that is in the way and put it back on. 50 minutes to get the cam bolt out of the oil pan, 5 to pull the cam out, 5 to put it back in. jk
