Yeah I can do the repair myself.

If the knock comes back that engine is gone! Don't have the time or money to play with it.

From my experience, the intake gaskets are re-useable, you shouldnt need the harness, and if you do it yourself, it shouldnt take but about 1 hour at the most. So you'd be out $120 for the sensors, and $18 for a case of beer.
