Not sure about residential, but commercial ark's have no concept of reality when it comes to building something.Hey--listen here ass hat... I had a PM come and ASK me to be a PM. Have you ever heard of that before? I am not the typical dumbsh!t Architect. And plus, I work for two different high-end ($500K+) residential home builders. They use me over having their own in-house guys design houses for them and/or go buy house plans elsewhere. Maybe you should be build the houses I design...then maybe you'd have a different outlook on guys like us...
