NO! whatever you do DO NOT MILL THEM reason being it would put the compression above 12:1
pending on what you wanna do depends on what you get, are you naming heads cause there cheap or you have them already?
you can find 243s rather cheap, i would mill them and port those..
Simple: 408 on steroids!
