5.3 stock heads to LQ9 block

so well wil some 862's milled 30 ,ported ,3 angle valve job and the 317 valves work on an lq9 good

NO! whatever you do DO NOT MILL THEM reason being it would put the compression above 12:1 pending on what you wanna do depends on what you get, are you naming heads cause there cheap or you have them already?

you can find 243s rather cheap, i would mill them and port those..

Just check wit the guy that did the heads there 862 ,rock port , 3angle valve job and milled 5 but the heads git warped 1ns due to over heat and got milled 5 more which is 10 is that good or should my friend change the heads he went 11.4@ 122mph spinng mods are lq9 ms3 cam stall full bolt on wat do u thing should he change the heads
