Ok it's my kids s10 but it has a 4l60e and the p0573 is the solenoid a fault and
then found fluid bubbly and brown, BUT it only has 68K on this 1996 and 4 banger engine. Any ideas what's up? I don't understand all the agitation of the fluid. Anyone know a good shop in DFW area?

The Cottman in S. Arlington is good, Chris is the owner there. Rock-On up in Denton builds lots of hi-po ones, talk to Dave there.

Each Cottman is independently owned, the one up here isn't bad at all.

Hell the one off Westheimer around the 10000-12000 block in Houston did the AOD in my F150 and the trans in my Mother's LS400... both work great.

well, I dropped the pan, pulled both shift solenoids, both ohm out
good and both worked fine at 7.5 volts as advertised, replaced
filter and fluid, codes gone, shifts fine, all OK, So I give as to
why it was coding, but it had 2-3 gears only before, now it's
fine, fluid not bubbly, flushed it out again and hope it stays
fixed. I also checked wiring between trans and pcm.
