Probably not the wrist pins. These have two noises that are tough to get rid of but cause no harm. The deeper noise is the pistons rocking in the bores due to short skirts. The higher pitched noise is carbon build up on the piston tops. Run some top engine cleaner through it SAFELY (or get help if you're not well versed in this procedure) and the carbon noise will go away for a while before eventually returning.
