    My buddies 69 Camaro times!

    I was reading a post that one of our members of Brazos Valley Streetbeasts posted:
    "wow no WOW! best quarter mile pass was a 9.86 @ 105 mph......and that was lifting at the eighth!!!!!!!!'

    "when you squeeze it that tight its out of gear at the eighth!i think the converter is going south because it was'nt 60 footing as good as i would have liked!1.32 60' and it went 5.90s at 117 in the 1/8 !never had any talent but i promise i'll never run out of balls!!!jr phillips got it on vid,when i get it i'll post it!"
    This is one sick Car! It is primered black 69 Camaro with a medium sized hood scoop.

    That is a super low MPH for a 9 second pass.

    He was coasting thru the 1/4 mile. It is an 1/8th mile car. He ran it all out on the 1/8th and then let off.

    Thats not too bad. It takes nothing more than a big block and good suspension to turn those numbers. NorthstarDragway has gobs of trailer queens running in the high 5s. It makes me sick because I can't get into the 6s.
