I couldn't figure out how to post pics within the text itself or attach more than one file per post like you can on ls1tech and other forums, so I'm just including the link to the thread I started on ls1tech. Brace yourself for some carnage!

That's why you never mess with static electricity.
It seems harmless until you mix in explosive gases and someone loses a piece of his face.

    Hope that guy learned something.

Yeah, I bet that his friend never expected to get a face peel for free either. How about those bottles of NOS that blow up in cars? It looks about the same.

NOS is not flammable. NOS in an aluminum bottle weakened because someone forgot to turn the bottle heater off is very explosive due to extreme pressures. Have you ever seen a balloon explode? Same thing except over 1200 PSI rupturing an aluminum tank. It will blow apart anything in it's way. It's kind of like putting 20 pounds of sh!t in a 10 pound bag. If the safety valve doesn't function properly and vent off enough excess pressure you will blow the bottle. I saw one that had a nitrous express kit explode due to a faulty safety valve and the guy left the bottle heater on by accident. The car didn't burn but it sure was missing a lot of pieces.
