Put me down for a kit as well.
Excuse my ignorance but what exactly do you do to remove the crank pulley and alt pulley. I'm assuming the crank will turn when you try to tighten it, so what do you do?

Getting the original crank pulley off is the biggest problem. If you dont have a quality 3 jaw puller (snap-on, mac, etc.) plan on breaking a few of the cheap ones. You will need a big piece o pipe to throw over your half inch ratchet to break the crank bolt loose, I use a prybar through the pulley to hold it. Once you win that battle you will need a new crank bolt to throw on the new dampner/pulley. The alt you should be able to get by holding more pressure on your belt with the idler, or use an impact.
