Thread: Vette Servos?

    They add more fluid volume to the 2-4 band apply push rod to make for a stronger hold. It adds strength to hold 2nd and 4th gear clutch apply with less chance of the band slipping.

    So should I even consider putting them on at this point or would they be something for down the road?

    I would say any performance vehicle needs the vette servos minimum. Higher performance vehicle with power adders need the billet servos.

    for 13 bucks man i would just do it now it wont hurt but, you sold your turbo right?, so you dont really have it to worry about now until you start make some good power again but, like i said for that cheap why not just do it, they are on finish line trans, for like 19 dollars but, you can find em cheaper.

    Yeah...sold it 5 months ago. how hard are they to put on? would I need to re-tune after putting them on?
