Well, it depends. You could buy that setup and then have the heads decked .030'' and get them back to a stockish CR (the 243 heads provide a 65 cc size, and the 862 heads have a 61 cc size). The Z06 heads (243) flow alot better, but it would be useful to have the Z06 intake to go along with it. And since you have a truck motor, you should try and get a higher lift cam to go with the components that will produce good high end power. If you do end up doing this, a 3000 stall will be required to utilize the newfound power up top. Without it, your truck will be a dog down low...
