Allot of people in Cali are selling their houses there and buying twice the house for 1/2 the money over here in Texas. A $250,000 house in cali cost about 90-100k here.

And you know the most pathetic part? There is no house even close to me that is $250,000. The average house in my area is about $550,000-600,000.

A wise man once told me, you don't get rich from working. You get rich from investing. He worked at 3M for 30 yrs, his wife worked there for 20+ yrs, and one of his sons works there.
