Im going down to lowes or home depot and using pvc pipe. im gunna fab it up and use silicone elbows and connectors. then put it the pipe in the lathe and shave the inside down an then paint it, clear coat it an slap it in ill take pics of everything. I find the metal just to HOT.

Are you shaving the inside of the Schecule 40 PVC pipe down on the inside, thoughout the entire length? If so, Schedule 160 PVC pipe is thinner, if this is what your attempting to accomplish.

160 is thicker walled than 80 I think he wants sch 10 pvc to be thinner....
