I bought mine on Ebay. Theres a guy in Dallas with great prices on aluminum elbows. BTW, that's exactly how mine is setup minus the diesel bumper.

89' GMC RCSB 6.0L LQ4, T56, 4.56 Gears
I'll have to measure to verify but I am thinking I have a 4" to 3.5" silicone elbow on the TB then two 90 degree elbows to clear the crankshaft pulley and then turn towards the front of the truck under the core support. You may need more connectors if you're still using a MAF sensor, mine is gone thanks to a speed density tune.
