Wiring for Speedometer help!!

i pulled it off, turned the thing all the way to the right, all the lights were the same, put it back on, and the lights are still not coming on in N D 1. turned it all the way to the left, same thing...

i was able to make it say 2nd gear, when it was in park but when i shifted it, it went back to what it is doing, ill make a video of it later

i smell a 98 dash swap 8)

Everybody and there mama is doing that swap, im just going to stick with the old style dash and maybe down the line update the door panels.
Its like everybody with there G** damn Flowmasters.
